If you run into server problems, need changes done to your web-site, etc., it will save you a lot of time and hassle in the long run. I've seen this happen numerous times. Yes, I do need to charge for my time - but trust me, if you run into problems, with my minimum fees on assisting, you will be grateful! It will also save you time and money if I'm working on my own servers and not trying to get into a different control panel and THEN trying to figure out coding or other issues.

If you are a web savy firm and know a little or alot about html and programming and ftp and uploading files, etc. - I can set it up so you do have your own dedicated server, your own access to all the files. This will enable you to make your own changes, by the minute... hour... daily... weekly... etc. without having to hire myself to make those changes for you. Don't worry, I won't be offended by the least. I understand that this type of control will be needed and necessary with some firms. But, depending on how often you really think you'll need to update your web-site, you need to consider the costs. A dedicated server will cost more and will run $10-$30 or more per month on hosting. If you have just an area you'd like to update more continually, you should consider adding a blog to your web-site as well or linking to a social networking site such as Twitter or Facebook.
